Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 16 August 2026

Privacy Policy Terms & Conditions Refund Policy

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InvoiceHub, a product of Ops365 ("InvoiceHub", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using InvoiceHub, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What InvoiceHub is

InvoiceHub is a multi-tenant, subscription-based invoicing and quotation application: it lets a business create clients, catalog items, and documents (invoices, quotations, receipts, credit notes, and purchase orders), generate PDFs from them, and track their status. Each account's data is isolated from every other account.

2. Eligibility & your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account.
  • The information you provide at signup and in your business profile must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • One InvoiceHub account is intended for one business/login; account credentials shouldn't be shared across unrelated businesses.

3. Plans & billing

InvoiceHub offers a Free plan and paid Professional/Business plans, priced as shown on our Pricing page (subject to change — see below). A paid plan is billed as a one-time charge for a fixed 30-day period of access via our payment partner, Razorpay; it does not auto-renew, and continuing on a paid plan means actively purchasing another period before or after the current one lapses. We may change plan prices going forward; a price change never affects a period you've already paid for, only what a future purchase costs. Billing is handled entirely through Razorpay's secure checkout — we never see or store your full card or bank details.

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use InvoiceHub for any unlawful purpose, or to create fraudulent documents intended to deceive a third party;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or to our systems, or interfere with the service's normal operation;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • Use automated means to scrape, overload, or abuse the service beyond normal, good-faith use.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates this section.

5. Your data

You own the business data you enter into InvoiceHub — your clients, documents, and catalog. You grant us the limited right to store, process, and transmit that data solely to provide the service to you (for example, rendering it into a PDF, or emailing you a password reset link). See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on how your data is handled.

6. Intellectual property

InvoiceHub's software, design, branding, and the Ops365 name and logo are our property (or that of our licensors) and are not transferred to you by using the service. You retain all rights to the content of the documents you create.

7. Third-party services

InvoiceHub integrates with third-party services, principally Razorpay for payments. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies, which we encourage you to review.

8. Service availability & changes

We work to keep InvoiceHub reliably available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, add, or remove features as the product evolves. We'll try to give reasonable notice of a change that materially reduces functionality you're actively relying on.

9. Termination

You can stop using InvoiceHub at any time; a Free-plan account with no activity may be retained indefinitely, and a paid plan simply isn't renewed. We may suspend or terminate an account for a violation of these Terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, liability, governing law) continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

InvoiceHub is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You're responsible for verifying that documents generated by InvoiceHub (tax figures, totals, formatting) meet your own legal and business requirements before relying on them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of InvoiceHub is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continuing to use InvoiceHub after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Contact us

Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@ops365.in.
