Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 August 2026
InvoiceHub is an Ops365 product. This policy explains what information we collect when you use InvoiceHub, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the InvoiceHub web application and this marketing site together.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your business name, email address, password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text), and any optional profile details you add â phone number, address, tax ID, logo, and payment details you choose to display on your own documents.
Business data you enter. InvoiceHub is a tool for running your own invoicing â the clients, documents, line items, and catalog items you create belong to you and are stored so the application can generate and retrieve them for you. We do not read, analyze, or use this content for any purpose other than providing the service and, where necessary, troubleshooting a problem you report.
Payment information. If you upgrade to a paid plan, your card, UPI, or netbanking details are collected and processed directly by our payment partner, Razorpay â InvoiceHub never receives or stores your full card number or bank credentials. We do store a record of the transaction itself (amount, plan, date, and Razorpay's own payment/order reference) so we can maintain your billing history and confirm your plan.
Usage and log data. Like most web applications, our servers automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps, used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
Local storage. InvoiceHub stores your login session and a few interface preferences in your browser's local storage. This marketing site remembers your chosen language the same way. We don't use third-party tracking cookies of our own.
2. How we use your information
- To create and operate your account, and to generate the documents you ask for.
- To process payments and maintain your subscription/billing history.
- To send you service-related communications â for example, a password reset link or a reply to a support request you submitted.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- To improve the product â we may look at aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns, never the content of your specific documents, without a support reason to do so.
3. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information or your business data to anyone. We share information only where necessary to run the service:
- Razorpay â to process payments for paid plans. Razorpay's own privacy practices govern the payment details you enter directly with them.
- Infrastructure providers â our hosting and email-delivery providers, who process data solely to keep the application running and to deliver transactional emails (password resets, support notifications).
- Legal requirements â if required to by law, regulation, or a valid legal process.
InvoiceHub is multi-tenant software: every account's clients, documents, and catalog are isolated from every other account. The one internal exception is our own platform-oversight ("superuser") login, used strictly for customer support and abuse investigation â it can view account data across tenants but cannot edit, delete, or export it. See our Terms & Conditions for more on how accounts and roles work.
4. Data retention
We keep your account and business data for as long as your account is active. Deleting a draft document, catalog item, or project in the app marks it as deleted and hides it from your normal views immediately, but â the same way many accounting tools retain a record for audit purposes â the underlying record is retained rather than instantly and irreversibly erased, so that document numbering sequences and billing history stay a reliable, tamper-evident record. If you'd like your account and its data permanently removed, contact us using the details below and we will process that request.
5. Data security
Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Sensitive configuration secrets (such as payment-gateway credentials) are encrypted at rest. All traffic to InvoiceHub is served over HTTPS. Access to production data is restricted to the operating team and logged.
6. Advertising and cookies on this website
This marketing website (the pages you're reading now, outside the logged-in application) uses Google AdSense to display advertising, which may set cookies or use similar technology to personalize the ads shown to you and measure their performance. You can control ad personalization through Google's Ads Settings, and most browsers let you block or clear cookies entirely. The InvoiceHub application itself (once you're logged in) does not run any advertising.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, or export most of your own account and business data directly within the app. For anything you can't do yourself â a full data export, account deletion, or a question about what we hold â contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children's privacy
InvoiceHub is a business tool and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. International use
InvoiceHub is operated from, and its data is hosted in, India. If you use InvoiceHub from outside India, your information will be processed in India.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; material changes will be communicated by a notice in the app or by email where practical.
